Community Development Plan -- This document (produced in 2004 with State funds under Executive Order 418) includes information on the Town's natural resources and housing conditions, provides a conceptual design and financial analysis for an affordable housing development, and proposes design standards for a reconstruction of the Route 16/27 corridor through the Town Center. It also includes maps of land use, zoning, future land use, transportation, water resources, open space and recreation, historic and scenic assets, land use suitability, regional land use suitability, an open space plan, housing opportunity areas and an action plan.
General Plan -- This is the master plan for the Town that was adopted in 2001. It includes sections on Goals and Policies; Land Use; Town Center; Housing; Circulation; Public Services and Facilities; Economic Development; Open Space, Recreation, Natural and Cultural Resources and Implementation. The Appendix also includes information including a profile of existing conditions and trends, a buildout analysis, results of a 1998 survey of residents, Chapter 61, 61A and 61B regulations and a list of open space parcels in Sherborn.
Permitting Procedures Manual -- This handbook provides an overview of the responsibilities of the boards and departments involved in the development process. It also includes a table of permits required and flow charts of the process.
